Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms &amp; Conditions govern the sale of modular cabins and related products by <strong>[Company Name]<\/strong> (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d) to consumers (\u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accepting a quotation and paying a deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Nature of Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All modular units are manufactured to order based on your selected specifications. As such, products are <strong>custom-made<\/strong> and may not be suitable for resale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Order Process &amp; Contract Formation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A binding contract is formed only when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you accept our written quotation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you accept these Terms &amp; Conditions; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we receive the required deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until this point, quotations and discussions are non-binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is structured as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>50% deposit<\/strong> to secure your order and initiate design, administration, and scheduling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>25% payable prior to shipping \/ dispatch<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>25% payable upon delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you choose to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pay in full upfront, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use third-party finance,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">full payment may be required in advance, as agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Specification Approval<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must confirm final specifications in writing before production begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This confirms that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the unit is being manufactured to your specific requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>it may not be suitable for resale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you accept that cancellation rights may be limited once production begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Cancellation Rights)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 Your Right to Cancel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to cancel your order within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of entering into the contract, without giving a reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.2 When the Cooling-Off Period Ends Early<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the custom-made nature of our products, your right to cancel will end if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you approve the final design\/specification; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we begin production (including ordering materials or allocating manufacturing capacity).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By approving your specifications, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.3 Cancellation Within Cooling-Off Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you cancel within 14 days and production has not begun:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>you are entitled to a refund of your deposit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we may deduct reasonable costs already incurred, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>design work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>planning and scheduling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All deductions will be fair and proportionate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.4 Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the cooling-off period has expired, or once production has begun:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the contract becomes <strong>binding<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cancellation is not guaranteed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refunds will only be considered in <strong>exceptional circumstances<\/strong>, at our discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any refund will reflect costs already incurred, including materials, labour, and production commitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Production &amp; Custom-Made Status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once production has commenced, your order is treated as a <strong>custom-made product<\/strong> under applicable consumer law, and standard cancellation rights no longer apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>anticipated delivery timeframe is approximately 16 weeks<\/strong> from final specification approval<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>production demand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>material availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supply chain conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>weather<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>site readiness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will make reasonable efforts to meet timelines but cannot guarantee delivery dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Site Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are responsible for ensuring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>safe and adequate access for delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>suitable foundations or base<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compliance with planning permissions and local regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from site conditions or lack of preparation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Inspection &amp; Acceptance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must inspect the unit upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any issues must be reported within <strong>5 working days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If goods are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>faulty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not as described<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not of satisfactory quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">you are entitled to remedies in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>acts of God (e.g. storms, floods, natural disasters)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>war, terrorism, or civil unrest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fire or industrial accidents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pandemics or public health emergencies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>government actions or restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>labour shortages or strikes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>supply chain disruption or material shortages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In such circumstances, we may suspend or delay performance without liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>indirect or consequential losses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>loss of profit, business, or opportunity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>death or personal injury caused by negligence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your statutory consumer rights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14.
